"Such reforms have been discussed extensively with the Player Council and the Board of Directors for several years..." That is an outright lie. They never "discussed" anything with players until last season. They only sent memos to the Council & Directors. WTA players were finally granted a short session with their Elitist Masters to air their concerns (team members and representatives were not allowed into the meeting). In the end, WTA totally ignored their Health & Well-being concerns; made obvious two weeks later when WTA proceeded with their original agenda in spite of players' legitimate issues. Notice how many times Gaudenzi mentions the Health & Well-being concerns in his lame corporate statement = Zero.

Congrats to Cincinnati for keeping the Middle Ages alive: women sweat the same, earn 43–53% less. 🥹

Tough on Coco Gauff: Swiatek or Sabalenka in the US Open semis—if she gets there. 😉

Zverev experienced the same in the SF but kept going. Alcaraz was lucky tbh in this year's edition of Cincinnati.

US Open is a joke anymore. The "Gong Show" of tennis belongs in Hollyweird... not in Pro Sports.

If you had been paying attention (which the writer was obviously not) we all saw her dismiss the camera after the first set so she could swap for a dry shirt. Guess cameras are not satified with all their other intrusions? Don't understand why they are allowed in players' faces during matches. But at least they largely avoid the 'upskirts" of the past.

Sounds like the US Open cannot get enough players to participate. They have started digging up the dead. Because that is just what Venus plays like.

LOL. He sounds like someone is hard up and looking for work.

LOL. Whomever she beat needs to look for another job, because tennis is not the job for her. Venus moves like Mike Tyson in his last fight.
